Can Ramon is a vineyard of the XIV century and is a place where the vineyard, the olives, the carob tree and the flock of sheep have always lived together.

The previous owner of the vineyard stopped producing wine in the eighties, however the vines themselves continued to grow until the nineties when the vineyard became completely abandoned.  Ten years of abandonment left the land and the stately house almost entirely in ruins.

In 2000 Núria Aviñó commenced renovating part of the house and began recovery of the old vineyards consisting of the grape varieties of xarello, ull of llebre, carinyena i sumoll, a true ampelografic treasure.  This was the start of a wine project replanting terraces of the vineyard. All this with only one objective, to produce wine on the property, just as had been done in the past.
